To maintain the quality of our talent pool, all VAs must meet these baseline requirements:

  • Previous remote or freelance experience

  • Portfolio or proof of work

  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Canva, Slack, Asana, etc.

  • Experience working with international clients

Non-Negotiables

To maintain the quality of our talent pool, all VAs must meet these baseline requirements:

  • You own a reliable laptop or desktop suitable for professional remote work

  • You have stable, consistent internet access (no frequent disruptions)

  • You have strong written and spoken English communication skills

  • You demonstrate a reliable work ethic (punctual, consistent, accountable)

  • Your skills and services match at least one listed service category on the platform

  • You are responsive and professional in all client communications

  • You are comfortable using common remote tools (e.g. email, Zoom, Google Workspace, project tools)

  • You can work independently without needing constant supervision
