We do not manage hiring, contracts, onboarding, payroll, or project management. All working relationships are handled directly between the client and the Virtual Assistant.

Any payment arrangements are made directly between the client and the Virtual Assistant.
Each VA profile includes direct contact information (email, website etc) or you can book a free discovery call, at your convenience. You can reach out directly to discuss your project, timelines, rates, and working arrangements.
If you need help finding the right VA, you can submit an RFP by emailing our team.
We will review your requirements and match you with suitable Virtual Assistants from our database based on your needs, industry, and project scope.
Yes. Our RFP Matching Service is charged at 10% of the agreed project budget or placement value.
The fee only applies if you move forward with a VA introduced through our platform.
No. While we aim to connect clients with skilled professionals, The VA Directory does not guarantee services, project outcomes, or working relationships.
Clients are responsible for conducting interviews, reviewing portfolios, checking references, and determining if a VA is the right fit for their business. - If you have had a unsatisfactory experience with one of the VA's on this platform please reach out to our team so we investigate.
Yes. We plan to expand the platform in a future phase to include a dedicated job board and additional hiring tools for both clients and Virtual Assistants.
